What Men & Women Really Want in a Relationship
Many men get the (wrong) idea that the way to a happy marriage is spending lots of money on jewelry, flowers, candy, big houses, expensive cars and such for their wives. Then, to make it worse, men buy into the notion that being the strong, silent type (we used to call it “John Wayne Syndrome”) is the way to “be a man.” I think that the media has helped to promulgate these ideas and neither is beneficial to promoting satisfying relationships.
